We want everyone to be healthy and we stand behind these outstanding formulas. Still, we recognize that no formula can possibly work for everyone. If something you ordered from us didn't meet your expectations we will happily issue a refund for your purchase. All we ask is that you follow the simple steps outlined below.

1. First notify us of your intention to return your product within 30 days of receiving your order. You can do this by either calling the Returns department at (805) 504-9563, or by emailing us at returns@puretango.com.

2. Once we have been notified and your request has been entered into our system you can mail the unused product (or at least the empty container) to the address below. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice and include a brief description of the reason you are returning the item.

3. Once your return has been received and processed we will refund your full purchase price (sorry, shipping charges not included). Refunds are issued in the same manner used to make the original purchase (i.e., credit card refund, check). Refunds are issued within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item and will appear as a credit on your next card statement.
